How do I get Xero set up in Canada?
We handle the full implementation: creating and configuring your Xero organization, setting up your chart of accounts and bank feeds, migrating historical data, testing everything with your live data, and training your team before handover. You don’t need to figure out the setup yourself.
How is Xero different from QuickBooks for a Canadian business?
The practical differences: Xero includes unlimited users on every plan, which matters if your finance team is growing, where QuickBooks caps users by tier. Xero also leans more on API access and third-party app integrations, useful if you’re already running other cloud tools. QuickBooks currently has the edge on built-in inventory and COGS detail. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits your business rather than push whichever we’d prefer to sell.
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks to Xero, or the reverse?
