What does implementation actually include?

How is Xero different from QuickBooks?
Xero includes unlimited users on every plan, where QuickBooks caps users by tier. Xero also leans more on API access and third-party app integrations. QuickBooks currently has the edge on built-in inventory and COGS detail. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits your business rather than push whichever we’d prefer to sell.
Can you migrate us from QuickBooks to Xero, or the reverse?
Yes, that’s a standard part of what we do given we deploy both platforms.
Do you provide ongoing support after setup, or just the initial implementation?
Implementation, deciding the platform, setup, testing, training, and handover, is the core engagement. If you want us to stay on afterward for ongoing bookkeeping, that’s available too, as a separate service.
