How do I get QuickBooks set up in the US?
We handle the full implementation: creating and configuring your QuickBooks Online account, setting up your chart of accounts and bank feeds, migrating historical data, testing everything with your live data, and training your team before handover. You don’t need to figure out the setup yourself.
How long does a QuickBooks migration take?
It depends on how much historical data you’re bringing over and how complex your current setup is. A straightforward migration for a single-entity business is usually a matter of weeks, not months, multi-entity structures or heavy historical cleanup take longer. We scope the actual timeline during onboarding rather than quoting one number for every business.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop?
Both, plus QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Intuit Enterprise Suite. Most of our clients run QuickBooks Online today, but we’ve also handled Desktop-to-Online migrations and set up clients directly on Desktop Enterprise and Enterprise Suite.
Do you provide ongoing support after setup, or just the initial implementation?
