Is this what I pay Intuit directly, or does it include your service?
This is the QuickBooks subscription cost you pay Intuit for the software itself. Our implementation service is a separate, additional cost, we quote that during scoping based on what your business needs.
Which plan should a small US business start with?
Most single-entity businesses without inventory start comfortably on Simple Start or Essentials. If you run inventory or need project-level profitability tracking, Plus is usually the right fit. We help you pick the right tier during setup rather than guessing.
Once I pick a plan, who sets QuickBooks up?
We do. Once you’ve chosen a tier, we handle the account setup, chart of accounts, bank feed connections, and historical data migration, so you’re not configuring it alone.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes, QuickBooks plans can be changed at any time as your business grows or your needs change.
Do you work with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop?
Both, plus QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and Intuit Enterprise Suite. The pricing above covers QuickBooks Online, Desktop and Enterprise Suite are priced and licensed separately, we’ll walk you through that during scoping if that’s the better fit.
Is there a free version of QuickBooks?
Yes, Intuit offers a Free plan, but it’s limited: one user, no accountant access, and capped invoices and bank connections. Most businesses that need real bookkeeping outgrow it quickly, we usually recommend starting on Simple Start or above.
What happens after the promotional discount ends?
Your subscription renews at Intuit’s regular published rate for your tier, shown struck through above. Intuit runs promotional pricing periodically, so the current discount may differ by the time you sign up, we’ll confirm the live rate with you during setup.
